What does error message "Sorry, something went wrong. This show is currently unavailable. Please check your network connection and try again." mean and how can I solve and fix it.

Sky stuffs know about the problem but have not provided any solution for this error yet. The only answer they gave us was to contact them directly so they can check for every user.
So they can't solve a problem they know about it?
