What does error message "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.twitter.HTTPRequestActionRe-sponseError error 13*.)" mean and how can I solve and fix it.

*. There is no official response but this has worked for everyone. If you were trying to change your name or something else in your profile and got this error then you need to wait 24 hours and try again.
*. Some people also said that it was fixed after midnight, so maybe you can try again in 12 AM or few minutes after that like 12:10 AM.
